ABC and Screen Australia are thrilled to announce that Brendan Cowell and Asher Keddie have joined forces to star in the powerful six-part drama series. Plum, based on Brendan’s novel of the same name.

Stan and Screen Australia have announced brand new seasons of the record-breaking Stan Original Series Bump from Australian producers Dan and John Edwards and Roadshow Films, with Season 2 currently in production in Sydney.

The series, which reunites the team behind Love My Way has broken viewing records for Stan since its launch on New Year’s Day. The critically-acclaimed drama, which received glowing media reviews, has now started on development for a second season, with filming to commence in 2021. Confirmed cast and filming dates will also be announced at a later date.

Starring Claudia Karvan, the drama series reunites the team behind Love My Way and The Secret Life of Us.

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Screen Australia have today announced production funding for a new 10-part drama series Les Norton, based on the best-selling novels by Robert G. Barrett. The series is a Roadshow Rough Diamond production with Sonar Entertainment handling international distribution.

New local crime drama Australian Gangster was announced today at Channel Seven’s Allfronts 2018 event, after securing major production investment from Screen Australia in association with Create NSW.
